Rules for using FindMates

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to FindMates, a gaming and social platform owned and operated by 8BIT CLOUD SYSTEMS SRL. By creating an account or using FindMates, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use FindMates.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FindMates. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account secure.

• Do not share your password or let others use your account.
• Do not impersonate another person, company, creator, team, or platform.
• Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service

FindMates helps people create gaming profiles, connect accounts, discover players, communicate, manage friendships, and display game-related information. Some features may be experimental, paid, region-limited, or changed over time.

Acceptable Use

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or target other users.
• Do not post illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or abusive content.
• Do not spam, scrape, automate access, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt FindMates.
• Do not sell accounts, abuse promotions, bypass bans, evade blocks, or manipulate reputation, stats, ads, billing, or matchmaking.
• Do not upload malware or content that infringes another person's rights.

User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as profile text, images, messages, game-player listings, future posts, and other uploads. You give FindMates a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, and adapt that content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the rights needed to share it.

Game Data and Integrations

When you connect a platform account or request statistics synchronization, you authorize FindMates to request, process, store, and display relevant game or platform data. External providers may change, restrict, delay, or remove access to their APIs.

• Game statistics may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or unavailable.
• FindMates does not control Steam, Discord, OpenDota, game publishers, or other external services.
• You may need to adjust privacy settings on external platforms before statistics can sync.

FMP and Billing

FindMates may offer FMP, promotional, or paid features. Prices, included features, renewal rules, and availability may change. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and their terms may also apply.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content, accounts, messages, listings, integrations, or access to FindMates when we believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

• Users can block other users where the feature is available.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
• We may keep limited records where needed for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Availability and Disclaimers

FindMates is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect matches, accurate external statistics, or that every feature will remain available forever.

To the extent permitted by law, FindMates and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
