Digital Service and Immediate Access
FindMates FMP is a paid digital service that may unlock subscription features immediately after checkout is completed and the payment is accepted.
When you request immediate access to FMP features, you ask FindMates to begin providing the digital service before any withdrawal period has ended. Once access starts, refund and withdrawal rights may be limited where permitted by law.
14-Day Withdrawal Right
If consumer withdrawal rights apply in your location, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase.
For digital services, this right may be lost after you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that access can affect your withdrawal right, where permitted by law. FindMates will respect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription renewal where account or billing controls make cancellation available, or by contacting us for help.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or approved under this policy, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period after FMP access has started.
Multi-Month Purchases
Multi-month FMP purchases may be charged upfront for the selected access period and may include a discount compared with monthly billing.
Unless required by law or approved by FindMates, multi-month purchases are not automatically refundable or prorated after access starts.
When Refunds May Be Available
Refunds may be available when required by applicable law or when FindMates determines that a refund is appropriate for the circumstances.
- You were charged more than once for the same FMP purchase.
- A payment was accepted but FMP access was not activated because of a FindMates or payment-processing error.
- You made a timely withdrawal request before FMP access started, where a withdrawal right applies.
- A billing error occurred and can be verified from our records or the payment provider's records.
- FindMates approves an exceptional refund request at its discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, contact [email protected]. Include the email address on your FindMates account, the payment date, the amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for additional information needed to verify the account, payment, or request. Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method, and payment-provider timelines may vary.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as FindMates, FMP features, billing providers, or legal requirements change.
The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version of this policy.
